Lemonade

…Turning your lemons into lemonade is an art, not a science. Too sour means you added too much citrus. Too sweet means you added too much sugar. Too plain means you added too much water, or too little lemon, or not enough sugar...you get the picture. To throw in another wrench, all of this depends on the acidity of the year's lemon crop.
