With over 122 years in business, Hauser’s Jewelers is a fine jewelry retailer in Newport News, VA. Over a span of three years, I worked with them to develop a cohesive, engaging, and creative brand identity that communicated their history and values. I directed social media, styled and photographed seasonal shoots, headed email marketing, designed graphics, created animations, wrote marketing copy and weekly stories for the blog, and developed marketing campaigns.
When one store closes, another opens. In the wake of COVID, Hauser’s was left without a retail front or a functioning e-commerce site. I designed their brand new, online store - a fully responsive website with all the capabilities of the physical shop. Taking consumer anxiety into account, I worked to create something that felt like the actual shop, giving customers a place to relax and escape into the land of creative luxury.
