Hauser’s Jewelers

With 122 years in business, Hauser’s Jewelers is a fine jewelry retailer in Newport News, VA. Over the span of two years, I worked with them to develop a cohesive, engaging, and creative brand identity that communicates their history and values. I directed social media, styled and photographed seasonal shoots, headed email marketing, designed graphics, created animations, wrote copy, and developed marketing campaigns.

When one store closes, another opens. In the wake of COVID, Hauser’s was left without a retail front or a functioning e-commerce site. I designed their brand new, online store - a fully responsive website with all the capabilities of the physical shop. Taking consumer anxiety into account, I worked to create something that felt like the actual shop, giving customers a place to relax and escape into the land of creative luxury.
